I got a job offer in Germany in early June, but then the question came up of how to apply for a national visa for the Blue Card. My employer didn't have much experience hiring people from Russia, so I researched everything myself and it was really hard. Then a friend recommended Vlad. Check whether your occupation is a shortage occupation or whether you graduated in the last 3 years: then the reduced threshold applies. Otherwise, a regular work visa may be possible.
