Consultation · €90

45 minutes on Google Meet. The fee is credited if you book a package afterwards.

We go through your situation: education, experience, family, current status and timing.
We pick the legal basis (EU Blue Card, work or IT visa, Chancenkarte, freelance visa, § 38a or EOR) and explain why.
We check your degree in the Anabin database and tell you whether a ZAB assessment is needed.
We check whether the salary in your offer meets this year's Blue Card threshold, including the reduced one.
We advise which country to apply from and what to expect in terms of appointment waiting times.
We go through the consulate's requirements and the document list for your case.
We give feedback on your job search and motivation letter.
After the call you have a plan and can go ahead on your own, which is a perfectly fine outcome.

Visa package · €1,490

Preparing and supporting your application for any type of national visa. We work until the visa is issued, not until the day you file.

We re-check the legal basis and timing and fix the route.
We assemble the file against the checklist of your specific consulate, not a generic list.
We fill in and check the visa application form before you file.
We check your degree in Anabin and guide you through the ZAB assessment if needed.
We write your CV in German format and translate it.
We review your employer's documents (the contract and the Erklärung zum Beschäftigungsverhältnis) for completeness and consistency.
We help you choose health insurance for the entry period.
We prepare the supporting documents specific to your visa type.
We help you get an appointment and explain how the interview goes.
We revise documents as many times as needed: there is no cap on iterations.
We stay with you in a private chat until the visa is issued and handle follow-up requests from the consulate.
If the visa is refused, we analyse the reasons and prepare a new application at no extra cost.

Support until the residence permit · +€700 (€2,190 together)

An add-on to the visa package: your first weeks in Germany and the residence permit card. In Berlin we come with you in person; in other cities we work remotely.

We prepare the Anmeldung documents, book the Bürgeramt appointment and explain how it works.
We help you open a bank account and pass verification.
We handle the social security number and Steuer-ID and help change your tax class.
We book the Ausländerbehörde appointment and prepare the residence permit file against a checklist.
In Berlin we come with you to the Bürgeramt and the Ausländerbehörde; in other cities we prepare you for the appointment and stay reachable while it happens.
We help with the usual first-month questions: insurance, school and daycare, Rundfunkbeitrag, rental contract.
The chat stays open until you have the permit card and through your first month in Germany.

Communication

Unlimited: we keep revising until the file is ready.

Validity

12 months from payment: enough even when appointments take months.

If refused

We analyse the reasons and prepare a new application at no extra cost. The consulate makes the decision, but the completeness and reasoning of the file are on us.

Documents and filing from any country. In-person support at the authorities in Berlin, elsewhere in Germany we work remotely.

What we need from you

Your passport and details of previous trips and visas.
Your degree and transcript, and your work history or CV in any format.
Your offer or employment contract, if you are moving for work.
Family documents, if you are not moving alone.
Answers and scans within reasonable time: the filing date depends directly on this.

What's not included

These are government fees and third-party services: you pay them directly and only if your case needs them. We tell you who to go to and what the result must look like.

FAQ

When does the visa package end?

When the visa is issued. After filing we stay reachable, handle follow-up requests from the consulate and keep an eye on deadlines instead of stopping on filing day.

What happens if the visa is refused?

We analyse the reasons and prepare a new application at no extra cost. Nobody can guarantee a consulate's decision, but we are responsible for the file being complete and well argued.

How many document revisions are included?

Unlimited. We work towards the result, not a number of reviews: the file is revised until it is ready to file.

Are visas for my spouse and children included?

No, that is a separate service, family reunion. We'll price it for your family in the consultation.

In which cities do you come along in person?

In person in Berlin. Elsewhere in Germany we work remotely: documents, appointments, a walkthrough of the meeting and support while it happens.

How quickly do you reply?

Within a few hours on working days, in the private chat that stays open for the whole engagement.

How long is the package valid?

12 months from payment: enough even when an Ausländerbehörde appointment is months away.

Do you do translations and apostilles?

Not ourselves: we tell you who to use and what the result must look like. You pay the translator directly.
