Terms of service

1. General

1.1. These terms govern the use of www.re-locate.de and the services of RE-LOCATE: GERMANY (provider: Slavnikova Ksenia Nikolayevna (ИП / sole proprietor), Danziger Str. 73, 10405 Berlin; "we", "us").

1.2. We provide consultations on relocating to Germany, organisational preparation of documents and accompaniment to authorities. We do not provide legal services within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG) and do not represent clients in administrative or court proceedings. For individual legal questions, please consult a lawyer.

1.3. Contracts can be concluded in English or Russian.

2. Services and prices

2.1. Consultation: one-to-one relocation consultation, 45 minutes on Google Meet, €90.

2.2. Visa package: visa document preparation, €1,490. Residence permit support: add-on to the Visa package with support until your residence permit is issued, €700. Package contents are as described on the home page when the contract is concluded.

2.3. Packages are only available after a consultation. If you book a package after your consultation, the consultation fee (€90) is credited towards the package price.

2.4. Prices are final. No VAT is charged.

3. Booking and conclusion of contract

3.1. Consultations can be booked through the calendar on the site at least 24 hours in advance. Your booking is an offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when we send a confirmation with an invoice or payment link.

3.2. A package contract is concluded after the consultation, based on a separate offer (email or invoice) that you accept.

4. Payment

4.1. The consultation must be paid via the invoice or link before it starts. If payment has not been received by then, we may decline to hold it.

4.2. Payment terms for packages (in full or in instalments) are set out in the offer.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

5.1. You can reschedule or cancel a consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts by emailing hi@re-locate.de. Any payment made is refunded or moved to the new time.

5.2. For later cancellations or no-shows, the fee is not refunded unless the law provides otherwise.

5.3. If we need to reschedule, we will offer a new time or give you a full refund.

6. Outcome and client obligations

6.1. Visas, residence permits, diploma recognition and similar matters are decided by public authorities. We do not guarantee a positive outcome or processing times.

6.2. The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate information and documents on time.

7. Liability

7.1. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act.

7.2. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers

8.1. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

8.2. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement, e.g. by email to hi@re-locate.de or by post to Slavnikova Ksenia Nikolayevna (ИП / sole proprietor), Danziger Str. 73, 10405 Berlin. Sending it before the period expires is sufficient. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to.

8.3. Effects of withdrawal. We refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment. If you expressly asked us to start the service before the withdrawal period ended, you pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided.

8.4. The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided, if we only began after your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal on full performance. This applies, for example, when a consultation booked within 14 days has taken place.

9. Use of the website

Site content (texts, design, blog posts) is protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without our consent, except where permitted by law. Blog posts are for information only and do not replace an individual consultation.

10. Final provisions

10.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.

10.2. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
