EU Blue Card
Blue Card: 32 days from consultation to visa
Situation
Job offer in Germany, but the employer had little experience hiring from Russia, so the client was researching the visa alone.
What we did
A consultation, then full case support: every document from the Erklärung zum Beschäftigungsverhältnis to the CV.
Outcome
First contact around 25 June, submission on 7 July, and on 27 July the consulate said the documents were ready. No follow-up requests.
I got a job offer in Germany in early June, but then the question came up of how to apply for a national visa for the Blue Card. My employer didn't have much experience hiring people from Russia, so I researched everything myself and it was really hard. Then a friend recommended Vlad. I booked a consultation where Vlad answered all my questions in great detail. After the consultation I realised I couldn't prepare the whole document package on my own, so I took Vlad's full case support. Vlad helped me with every document, from the Erklärung to my CV. I contacted Vlad around 25 June. We submitted the documents on 7 July. There were no follow-up requests. On 27 July the consulate wrote to say my documents were ready. Hello Vlad. I wanted to thank you once again for the consultation. Here's how our family reunion visa story ended: we joined my husband in Germany on 31 May this year. On 8 August we applied for our residence permits (that was the appointment we were given on arrival), and today the whole family received physical residence permit cards valid for four years. My husband and I were also referred to integration courses. The sooner we pass B1, the sooner they will reimburse half of the cost. Everything went very fast.

What we did
We put together a complete document package and sent it to the Ausländerbehörde (LEA) via the M3 contact form on 22 November.
Outcome
On 24 November the LEA gave an appointment for 4 December; on 4 December a 3-year permit was approved, with card collection on 20 January while the visa remains valid.
CNC machinist and programmer: a relocation strategy
Situation
A skilled tradesman working with CNC machines; typical offers are €40,000–60,000 gross a year, below the Blue Card threshold.
What we did
Consultation: we chose the Opportunity Card route with trial work, followed by a § 18b work permit, and discussed German requirements and the country to apply from.
Outcome
A step-by-step plan. In our experience, Opportunity Cards are currently rarely issued in Russia, so the country of application was chosen separately.
