How the consultation works
45 minutes on Google Meet, €90. It isn't a sales pitch but a working session: we go through your situation and finish with a plan you can act on, with us or on your own.

Before the call
You pick a slot in Calendly: the calendar shows real availability. A Google Meet link arrives by email.
We send a few questions: education, experience, languages, family, current status and the country you plan to apply from. We read your answers before the call.
If you have an offer, a contract or a degree certificate, send them in advance. Then we can be specific instead of guessing.
During the call, 45 minutes

Your situation: What you already have: education, experience, an offer, family, timing and constraints.

Legal basis: We pick the visa route and explain why: EU Blue Card, work or IT visa, Chancenkarte, freelance visa, § 38a, EOR or family reunion.

Your degree: We check your university and programme in the Anabin database and tell you whether a ZAB assessment is needed, which is a common reason for refusals.
- 04
The numbers: For a Blue Card we check whether your salary meets this year's threshold, including the reduced one for shortage occupations.

Where to apply: We look at which mission you can realistically apply through: waiting times and requirements differ a lot.

Documents: We walk through the list for your case and flag the points where people usually stumble.

Your questions: We keep time for whatever worries you: timelines, family, work, life after the move.
After the call
The sequence of steps with rough timelines: what to do first, what comes next, what to expect.
Not a generic checklist but the list for your route and your country of application.
If you go ahead with us, the €90 is deducted from the package price. If you go on your own, the plan stays with you, and that's a fine outcome.
What we don't do
- We don't find you an employer or negotiate your salary.
- We don't give tax advice: that is a Steuerberater's job.
- We don't promise a consulate decision: that is the authority's call, not a consultant's.
- We don't push a package on you. If your case is simple, we say so.

How much is it and how do I pay?
€90 for 45 minutes, paid when you book through Calendly. If you take a package afterwards, the fee is deducted from its price.
Which language is the call in?
English or Russian, whichever suits you.
What if I'm late or can't make it?
You can reschedule from the link in your confirmation email. Let us know in advance and we'll find another slot.
Can my partner join?
Yes, and it's often better: we cover your visa and your family member's in one go.
Do I need to prepare?
Answer the questionnaire and send your offer and degree certificate if you have them. We'll cover the rest on the call.
What if I decide to do it myself afterwards?
That's fine. The plan and the document list stay with you, and we have step-by-step guides at €28 for a do-it-yourself application.
Is the call recorded?
No, we don't record the call.
